Amend CSHB 1 (house committee report) in Article VI of the bill, immediately following the appropriations to the Water Development Board (page VI-67), by adding the following appropriately numbered rider:

Out of the amounts appropriated above to the Water Development Board in Strategy C.1.1, State and Federal Financial Assistance Programs, in the fiscal year ending August 31, 2024, the amount of $3,500,000 is allocated for financial assistance for the construction of a sewer system in Von Ormy.
