Amend CSHB 3 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 6, line 15, insert "or" immediately following the underlined semicolon.

(2)  On page 6, line 16, strike "; or" and substitute ".".

(3)  On page 6, strike lines 17 through 24.
