Amend CSHB 3 (senate committee report) in SECTION 20 of the bill, in amended Section 48.115(a), Education Code (page 10, lines 45 through 48), by striking Subdivisions (1) and (2) substituting the following:

(1)  $100 for each enrolled student; and

(2)  $15,000 per campus [in average daily attendance].
