Amend CSHB 5 (house committee report) on page 22, between lines 6 and 7, by inserting the following appropriately numbered subdivision and renumbering subsequent subdivisions and cross references to those subdivisions as appropriate:
(____) if the applicant is subject to the jobs requirement prescribed by Section 403.604, prohibit the applicant from compensating or otherwise providing a monetary benefit to an employee, general contractor, or subcontractor in connection with an additional job, construction job, or required job relating to an activity that would:
(A) constitute a criminal offense under the laws of this state; or
(B) violate any provision of the Occupations Code;
