Amend Amendment No. 16 by Martinez Fischer to CSHB 5 as follows:
(1) Strike "on page 30, line 5, by inserting, "2.5 times" between the word "to" and "the"." and substitute the following:
(1) On page 22, between lines 6 and 7, insert the following appropriately numbered subdivision and renumber subsequent subdivisions and cross-references to those subdivisions accordingly:
(____) require the applicant to offer and contribute to a group health benefit plan for each employee who performs a required job;
(2) On page 30, line 5, between "to" and "the product", insert "2.5 times".
(3) On page 30, line 22, between "to" and "the difference", insert "2.5 times".
(2) Strike "On page 22, at the end of line 6, insert:
"(C) the applicant offers a group health benefit plan to each direct employee;".
