Amend CSHB 5 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 3, lines 16 through 18, strike ", other than property used for intermittent power generation to supply electricity to the power grid,".

(2)  On page 4, line 12, strike "sources," and substitute "or renewable sources,".
