Amend CSHB 5 (house committee printing) on page 13 between lines 23 and 24 insert the following appropriately numbered subdivision and renumber subsequent subdivisions appropriately:
(____) a sworn affidavit stating the applicant's past involvement with "Black Lives Matter", "Planned Parenthood", sponsoring or allowing on company property "PRIDE" activities, or if the applicant has sponsored or hosted a drag performance that allowed children to attend.
