Amend CSHB 7 (senate committee report) as follows:

(1)  In SECTION 1.02 of the bill, in the heading to added Section 411.0286, Government Code (page 2, line 45), after "PATROL", add "OR MILITARY".

(2)  In SECTION 1.02 of the bill, in added Section 411.0286, Government Code (page 2, line 49), between "Protection" and "for", insert "or a member of the armed forces of the United States".

(3)  Strike SECTION 1.03 of the bill (page 3, line 4, through page 3, line 28) and renumber the SECTIONS of ARTICLE 1 of the bill accordingly.
