Amend CSHB 7 (senate committee report) by:

(1)  Striking ARTICLE 4 of the bill, foreign terrorist organizations (page 5, line 22 through page 10, line 30);

(2)  By striking ARTICLE 5 of the bill, landowner compensation for property damage caused by certain criminal activities (page 10, line 31 through page 12, line 1);

(3)  Renumber the ARTICLES of the bill and the SECTIONS of those ARTICLES as appropriate.
