(2) On page 3, between lines 17 and 18, add the following appropriately numbered subdivision and renumber the subsequent subdivisions accordingly:
(____) expanding access to broadband service in economically distressed communities to support increased connectivity needs in those areas and promote economic development, job growth, and development of advanced mobile and transportation-based broadband technology in those areas; and
