Amend CSHB 17 (house committee report) on page 4, between lines 16 and 17, by inserting the following appropriately lettered subsection:
(____) A prosecuting attorney who prevails in a proceeding under this section is entitled to reasonable attorneys fees and costs that the prosecuting attorney personally expended in the proceeding.
