Amend CSHB 90 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1)  On page 2, line 1, strike "for the payment of assistance under this chapter" and substitute "to receive a lump sum payment described by Section 615.022 and monthly assistance described by Section 615.023, as applicable, which are the exclusive benefits available under this chapter,".

(2)  On page 4, line 2, between "location" and "is", insert "while serving on state active duty and engaged in authorized duty under written orders".
