Amend HB 300 (house committee report) as follows:
(1) On page 1, line 6, strike "and (i)" and substitute "(i), and (j)".
(2) Strike page 3, line 7, and substitute the following:
(16) an adult or a children's diaper;
(3) On page 3, between lines 9 and 10, insert the following:
(g) A product is an adult diaper for purposes of this section if the product is a diaper other than a children's diaper.
(4) On page 3, line 10, strike "(g)" and substitute "(h)".
(5) On page 3, line 16, strike "(h)" and substitute "(i)".
(6) On page 3, line 19, strike "(i)" and substitute "(j)".
