Amend CSHB 471 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1)  On page 1, lines 7 and 8, strike "COUNTY AND MUNICIPAL".

(2)  On page 1, line 9, immediately after "PERSONNEL", add "OF POLITICAL SUBDIVISION".

(3)  In each instance where it appears, strike "county or municipality" and substitute "political subdivision" (page 1, line 13, lines 15 and 16, and lines 21 and 22, and page 2, line 6 and line 11).

(4)  On page 2, lines 13 and 14, strike "county's or municipality's" and substitute "political subdivision's".
