Amend CSHB 1004 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 1, strike lines 6 through 16 and substitute the following:

SECTION 1.  Section 20A.01, Penal Code, is amended by adding Subdivision (1-b) to read as follows:

(2)  Strike "a person with a disability" and substitute "disabled individual" in the following places it occurs:

(A)  Page 2, lines 18 and 25;

(B)  Page 3, line 25; and

(C)  Page 5, lines 16 and 20.

(3)  Strike "person" and substitute "individual" on page 4, lines 7 and 27.

(4)  Strike "person with a disability" and substitute "disabled individual" in the following places it occurs:

(A)  Page 4, line 25; and

(B)  Page 10, line 1.

(5)  On page 10, line 16, strike "a Person with a Disability" and substitute "Disabled Individual".
