Amend CSHB 1100 (house committee report) as follows:
(1) On page 4, line 15, strike "PROVISIONS" and substitute "PROVISION".
(2) On page 4, strike lines 18 through 24 and substitute the following:
contract with a resident may not include a provision that controls the content or execution of the resident's advance directive or testamentary documents.
(3) Strike page 4, line 25, through page 5, line 6.
(4) On page 5, line 7, strike "(a)".
(5) Strike page 5, lines 10 through 12.
