(1)  Strike SECTION 1 of the bill (page 1, line 5 through page 14, line 24), and renumber subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly.

(2)  Strike page 14, line 26 and substitute the following:

(a-1)  The requirements imposed by Subsections (a)(23)(A), (B), and (C) do not apply, and may not be enforced, on and after August 31, 2033 [2023].
