Amend HB 1385 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 3, line 9, between "(b)(1)" and "only", insert "or (8)".

(2)  On page 3, line 25 through page 4, line 1, strike "The department may disseminate criminal history record information under Subsection (b)(8) only to the extent necessary for a county office to perform a duty imposed by law to monitor the pretrial release of a defendant.".
