Amend CSHB 1605 (house committee substitute) as follows:
(1) On page 5, line 25, strike "and subject to denial under Section 31.154(e)".
(2) On page 6, strike lines 14 through 17 and substitute the following:
(f) A school district may not deny a parent access to an instructional materials parent portal hosted under Section 31.154.
(3) On page 47, strike lines 20 through 22 and reletter subsequent subsections accordingly.
