Amend CSHB 1750 (house committee printing) as follows:
(1) On page 1, line 15, strike "or forage" and substitute ", livestock forage, forage for wildlife management".
(2) On page 5, line 4, strike "or forage" and substitute ", livestock forage, or forage for wildlife management".
(3) On page 6, between lines 5 and 6, insert the following:
(f) A city may require a person to provide a written management plan that meets the specifications described by Section 23.521(c), Tax Code, to establish that activities constitute an agricultural operation on the basis of being wildlife management activities.
