Amend CSHB 1765 (house committee report) as follows:
(1) On page 1, line 17, between the underlined period and "A", insert the following:
A county clerk or district clerk shall on request of the judicial security division of the Office of Court Administration of the Texas Judicial System redact information described by Subsection (a) in the manner and under the conditions prescribed by this subsection.
(2) On page 2, line 9, between the underlined period and "A", insert the following:
A county clerk or district clerk shall on request of the judicial security division of the Office of Court Administration of the Texas Judicial System redact information described by Subsection (b) in the manner and under the conditions prescribed by this subsection.
