Amend HB 1769 (house committee report) as follows:
(1) On page 3, line 27, strike "or" and substitute "[or]".
(2) On page 4, line 2, immediately following the semicolon, insert the following:

(K) possession or promotion of child pornography under Section 43.26, Penal Code;
