Amend HB 1898 (on third reading) on page 2, between lines 2 and 3, by inserting the following:
(b-1) No funds awarded to a children's hospital under the grant program may be used to provide mental health services affirming the child's perception of the child's sex if that perception is inconsistent with the child's biological sex.
