(1) On line 9, strike "and".
(2) Between lines 9 and 10, insert the following:
(4) the multifamily residential development is approved by the governing body of the municipality, if any, the county, and the school district in which the development is located; and
(3) On line 10, strike "(4)" and substitute "(5)".
