Amend CSHB 2127 (house committee printing) on page 4 as follows:
(1) On line 1, strike "A" and substitute "(a) Except as provided by this section, a".
(2) Between lines 4 and 5, insert the following:
(b) A municipal or county official is not liable for costs and attorney's fees in an action brought under this chapter.
