Amend CSHB 2127 (house committee printing) on page 6 as follows:
(1) On line 7, strike "Unless" and substitute "Except as provided by this section, unless".
(2) Between lines 17 and 18, insert the following appropriately lettered subsection:
(____) This section does not apply to an ordinance, order, or rule that regulates a migrant labor housing facility, as defined by Section 2306.921, Government Code.
