Amend CSHB 2127 (house committee printing) on page 6 as follows:
(1) On line 7, strike "Unless" and substitute "Except as provided by this section, unless".
(2) Between lines 17 and 18, insert the following appropriately lettered subsection:
(____) This section does not apply to an ordinance, order, or rule that prohibits discrimination by an employer with 15 or fewer employees on the basis of an individual's sexual orientation or gender identity.
