HB 2127, Hse 2nd Rdg, Amnd #29

Amend Amendment No. 28 by Neave Criado to CSHB 2127 in Item (2) of the amendment as follows:

(1) In the recital, strike "subsection" and substitute "subsections".

(2) Immediately after the added subdivision, insert the following:

(____) This section does not apply to an ordinance, order, or rule related to the prohibition of sexual assault in violation of Section 22.011, Penal Code, or aggravated sexual assault in violation of Section 22.021, Penal Code.
