(1) On line 19, between "PREEMPTION." and "Unless", insert "(a)".
(2) Between lines 24 and 25, insert the following:
(b) Subsection (a) may not be construed to affect municipal or county authority to regulate a massage establishment in accordance with Section 455.005.
