Amend CSHB 2127 (house committee printing) as follows:
(1) On page 2, line 22, strike "Unless" and substitute "(a) Except as provided by this section, unless".
(2) On page 2, immediately after line 27, insert the following appropriately lettered subsection:
(____) This section does not apply to an ordinance, order, or rule that prohibits discrimination.
(3) On page 6, line 7, strike "Unless" and substitute "Except as provided by this section, unless".
(4) On page 6, between lines 17 and 18, insert the following appropriately lettered subsection:

(5) On page 7, line 27, strike "Unless" and substitute "(a) Except as provided by this section, unless".
