Amend HB 2651 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1)  Strike SECTION 5 of the bill (page 4, line 4, through page 5, line 1).

(2)  On page 7, line 26, strike "Sections 156.057 and 301.306" and substitute "Section 301.306".

(3)  Strike SECTION 11 of the bill (page 8, lines 6-8).

(4)  Renumber the SECTIONS of the bill accordingly.
