Amend CSHB 2729 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 1, lines 6 and 7, strike "Subsections (b-1) and (b-2)" and substitute "Subsections (b-1), (b-2), and (b-3)".

(2)  On page 1, line 8, strike "Except as provided by Subsection (b-1), each [Each]" and substitute "Each".
