Amend CSHB 2815 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  Strike page 7, line 8, through page 8, line 14, and renumber subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly.

(2)  On page 12, line 5, strike "Sections 54.103 and 54.209" and substitute "Section 54.103".

(3)  On page 12, line 6, strike "Except as otherwise provided by this Act, this" and substitute "This".
