The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.
Amend HB 2976 (house committee report) on page 1, between lines 17 and 18, by inserting the following appropriately numbered subdivision and renumbering subsequent subdivisions accordingly:
(____) include information regarding firearm-related risk reduction strategies and the risks associated with firearms, including that:
(A) the presence of a firearm in a household significantly increases the risk of:
(i) suicide, homicide, and death during an incident involving family violence; and
(ii) the unintentional death of a child or other household member; and
(B) firearms are the leading cause of death for persons who are 18 years of age or younger;
