Amend CSHB 3577 (house committee report) on page 2 of the bill as follows:

(1)  On line 13, strike "60th" and substitute "45th".

(2)  On line 19, strike "30th and 45th" and substitute "25th and 35th".

(3)  On line 26, strike "61st" and substitute "46th".

(4)  On line 26, between "date" and "notice", insert "initial".
