Amend CSHB 3899 (house committee report) as follows:
(1) On page 2, between lines 14 and 15, insert the following:
Sec. 431.121. DEFINITION. In this subchapter, "bond" includes a note, revenue bond, or loan.
(2) Renumber the SECTIONS of the bill appropriately.
