The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.
Amend CSHB 3928 (house committee report) on page 1, between lines 19 and 20, by inserting the following appropriately lettered subsection:
(____) The board of trustees of a school district that receives a complaint described by Subsection (a) shall submit the complaint to the agency, in the manner prescribed by the agency, for investigation by the agency in a manner that would satisfy the requirements of 20 U.S.C. Section 1416(b)(6).
