Amend HB 4090 (house committee printing) on page 2 of the substitute as follows:
(1) On line 10, strike "Subsection (c)" and substitute "Subsections (c) and (d)".
(2) On line 17, following the underlined semicolon, add "or".
(3) Strike lines 21 through 26 and substitute the following:
obligations, including maintenance and operations costs of a voter-approved venue project incurred by the municipality while those bonds or other obligations remain outstanding.
(4) Between lines 26 and 27, insert the following:
(d) Subsection (c) and this subsection expire September 1, 2033.
