Amend CSHB 4811 (house committee report) as follows:
(1) On page 4, line 15, strike "represent the member in any meeting" and substitute "serve in the member's place".
(2) On page 6, strike lines 21 through 26 and substitute the following:
Sec. 18.009. OFFICIAL INTERNET WEBSITE. The council shall develop and maintain an official Internet website for the publication of information as required by this chapter.
(3) Strike "websites" and substitute "website maintained" in the following places:
(A) On page 7, line 4;
(B) On page 7, line 7; and
(C) On page 8, line 15.
(4) On page 7, line 24, strike "October 1 of each even-numbered year" and substitute "January 15 of each odd-numbered year".
