Amend CSHB 5125 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 2, line 10, strike "The speaker" and substitute "As administrative head of the house of representatives, the speaker".

(2)  On page 2, line 24, between "house" and "for", strike "and" and substitute "or".
