Amend HB 5125 on third reading on page 3, between lines 18 and 19, by inserting the following:
(e) Subsection (c) does not apply to an entity that is a state agency.
(f) In this section, "state agency" means a department, commission, board, office, or other body that is in the executive or judicial branches of state government and was created by the constitution or statute, but does not include an advisory committee administratively attached to a state agency.
