Amend CSSB 10 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1)  Strike SECTION 3 of the bill (page 7, line 24, through page 10, line 10) and renumber subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly.

(2)  On page 10, line 25, strike "nine" and substitute "9.75".
