Amend CSSB 14 (house committee report) on page 2, between lines 4 and 5, by inserting the following:
Sec. 161.7015. HIPPOCRATIC OATH. Notwithstanding the prohibitions under this subchapter and Section 164.052(a)(24), Occupations Code, a physician or health care provider:
(1) shall comply with the Hippocratic oath; and
(2) is not subject to the prohibitions to the extent the physician or health care provider's compliance with the prohibitions conflicts with the Hippocratic oath.
