Amend CSSB 14 (house committee report) on page 4 as follows:

(1)  On line 20, strike "or indirectly".

(2)  On line 22, strike "entity, organization, or individual" and substitute "health care entity or organization".

(3)  On line 23, strike "or facilitates the provision of" and substitute "in this state".
