Amend CSSB 14 (house committee printing) by striking page 3, line 27 through page 4, line 18, and substituting the following appropriately lettered subsection:
(____) Section 161.702 does not apply to the provision by a physician or health care provider to a child of a nonsurgical gender transitioning or gender reassignment procedure or treatment that is continuing a procedure or course of treatment the child began before June 1, 2023.
