Amend CSSB 17 (house committee report) as follows:
(1) On page 3, between lines 7 and 8, insert the following subsection and reletter subsequent subsections accordingly:
(D) give preference on the basis of being a child or grandchild of a member of the legislature to an applicant for employment, an employee, or a participant in any function of the institution;
