Amend CSSB 221 (senate committee report) as follows:

(1)  In SECTION 9 of the bill, in added Section 277.032, Chapter 277, Election Code (page 3, line 19), add "The provisions of this subchapter shall not interfere with the Military and Overseas Voter Empowerment Act."
