Amend SB 559 (senate committee report) in SECTION 1 of the bill as follows:
(1) In added Section 81.02401(b)(1), Government Code (page 1, line 50), immediately following the underlined semicolon, strike "or".
(2) In added Section 81.02401(b)(2), Government Code (page 1, line 52), strike the underlined period and substitute "; or".
(3) In added Section 81.02401(b), Government Code (page 1, between lines 52 and 53), immediately following Subdivision (2), insert the following:
(3) prohibits discrimination in representing an individual based on the age, race, color, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability of the individual.
