Amend SB 763 (house committee report) on page 1, between lines 15 and 16, by inserting the following appropriately numbered section:
Sec. 23.____. REQUIRED PRESENCE OF OTHER RELIGIOUS LEADERS DURING PROVISION OF CHAPLAIN SUPPORT, SERVICES, OR PROGRAMS. A school district or open-enrollment charter school that employs or accepts as a volunteer a chaplain under this chapter shall provide a representative of any other denomination or faith if requested by a student, a student's parent or guardian, or a teacher.
