Amend SB 780 (house committee report) as follows:
(1) On page 2, strike lines 10 through 12.
(2) On page 2, strike lines 19 through 23 and substitute the following:
by the child's parent by leaving the child with an employee of the provider; and
(3) Strike SECTION 3 of the bill (page 2, line 26, through page 3, line 18) and renumber subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly.
